As you likely know, in having worked with us before, we like to do all kinds of research on trends impacting small business and love to share that information with you.

Recently we have been researching the impact of leading within workplaces, that can now represent up to four different generations; the impact of technology, leadership preferences, what is important to each generation and how we will all need to adapt our own styles to order to retain them.
