It all starts when you click one of the links on this page to speak with us. When you do, you will receive an email (remember to check your spam). In that email, click the link to book your Initial Meeting, at your conveniece.
This meeting is easy. It is a chance for us to get to know you; where you would like to take your business, some of the challenges you are facing, etc.. It is also a chance for you to get to know us. It is a chance for you to ask the questions you might have about who we are and what we do.
The "right fit" is important to achieve success. To ensure we can help you achieve the results you desire, we conduct an initial assessment based on some of the information you provide (financial, structure, etc). Before either of us goes any further, we evaluate that there is a match between your vision, your resources and our expertise.
To go forward, it is important to define the goals and expected results and to put some framework around the work to be performed. We walk you through the recommended approach, the various options and provide you with a pricing agreement, so you have the information required to determine whether this is a fit for you.
In making the decision to go forward, we all get to work. There are ongoing status and working meetings conducted with you, to keep you informed on the status of the work being conducted. As we complete the defined scope, measures and training, as required, are put in place to ensure you benefit over the long term.
